Skjomen Golfpark Website: http://www.narvikgolf.no At the bottom of the beautiful Skjomen fjord you find the world’s most northerly 18-hole golf course. During a visit here you will see the most fantastic countryside that you are likely to experience on a golf course. The golf course covers 200 acres. It is 5 880 metres long if you follow the yellow tees or 4 915 metres if you choose the red ones. Built to international standards, it is a challenging course with a par of 72. There are also splendid training facilities including a driving range and a putting course. In the clubhouse there are 8 rooms, which provide inexpensive accommodation. It is possible to use the shower facilities after a round of golf. You will also find a bar/restaurant with a well-equipped kitchen, where you can sit and enjoy a beer or a glass of wine with your food. Open: From 10th May until 20th October. Location: Skjomen Golfpark is situated 35 kilometres south of Narvik. Follow the E6 from Narvik and turn off at Skjomen Bridge. Follow road 761 for 17 km to Elvegard where the golf course is clearly signposted.
