Transportation
A good communications network makes Narvik easily accessible.
Trains travel directly from Stockholm. There is a small airport in the town with daily flights to Bodø. The much larger Harstad/Narvik airport is about a one-hour drive from Narvik. There are good bus services to many of the surrounding areas and a boat to the Lofoten islands.
